This document outlines the Terms and Conditions that govern your participation as a Member, Volunteer, Donor, Community member or in our courses and promoting fairness & transparency in our worldwide community.
These terms are crucial for ensuring a productive, respectful, and legally compliant environment for all participants. By partnering with us and enrolling in and accessing the course materials, you agree to these legally binding terms and conditions.
At the Destiny Connect Foundation, we provide training, coaching, mentorship and more to our members and volunteers. Stay informed about any changes through our Modifications Clause to have a seamless user experience.
Section 1 – Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling as a Member, Volunteer, Donor, Community member or in our courses at The Destiny Connect Foundation (DCF), you accept and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. Your continued participation indicates your understanding, acknowledgment and agreement to these terms.
Section 2 – Course Access
As a registered member, volunteer, donor or student, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the relevant course materials provided by Destiny Connect Foundation for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to share, copy, redistribute, or sell any of the course materials. This course may require specific technology or system capabilities for optimal access, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you meet these requirements.
Section 3 – Student Expectations and Obligations
As a participant in our courses, you are expected to:
- Complete all assignments and participate in discussions in a timely manner.
- Adhere to our honour code and respect the rights and dignity of fellow students and facilitators.
Section 3.1 – Member, Volunteer, Donor, Student Expectations
Users are expected to engage in respectful and lawful behaviour on and off our platform. Violations may lead to consequences outlined in Section 9, thus ensuring a positive and secure online environment for all.
- Adhere to our honour code and respect the rights and dignity of fellow members, volunteers, students and donors.
- Refrain from pitching or selling your services to other members, volunteers, or participants.
- Respect the diverse backgrounds and cultures of all participants and avoid engaging in hate speech, racism, or any form of offensive language or behaviour. Violations will lead to immediate dismissal from the DCF, termination of membership, and other roles within our programs.
Section 4 – Account Security
Protecting your account is crucial. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords, contributing to the overall safety of our digital community.Service Description
4.1 Modifications Clause
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services for improvement. Users will be notified of significant changes, maintaining transparency and user awareness.
Section 4 – Payment Terms
Users agree to pay the specified fees for our services. Payment for the membership or donations must be made using the methods specified on the relevant pages. If applicable, payment schedules must be adhered to strictly. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the course materials.
Section 4.1 Billing Policies
Billing occurs based on specific criteria. Familiarise yourself with our billing policies to avoid disruptions and manage your financial commitment.
Section 5 – Refund Policy
All donations and payments made to the DCF are final and non-refundable. Exceptions for refunds of monetary donations may be considered under exceptional circumstances and should be addressed via email to our customer support at the provided contact information.
Section 6 – Privacy Policy

Section 7 – Intellectual Property
All course content, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, and multimedia, is the property of Destiny Connect Foundation unless otherwise stated and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of the course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Section 8 – Liability and Warranties
Destiny Connect Foundation provides this course on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to the services provided by the Destiny Connect Foundation, or use of its course.
Section 9 – Termination of Access
Your access to the Destiny Connect Foundation and its courses may be terminated if you fail to comply with these terms, including failure to make payments, not adhering to member, volunteer, student or donor expectations, or breaching the confidentiality of any interactions.
Section 10 – Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled through arbitration, as the first remedy. This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa, and South African courts will have jurisdiction over any disputes.

Conclusion
